Reconstruction of flight US 1549 LGA-CLT

It's now a bit over three years that US Airways Flight 1549 ditched into the Hudson River. This video (skip to 1:20) is a professional 3D reconstruction of the flight, with actual ATC communication as audio.

Please note that Cpt. Sullenberger said “Uh what a view of the Hudson today” a few seconds before the birdstrike. This might have contributed to considering ditching into the Hudson an option, and subsequently saved many lives.
